We are unable to generate CaseID, When we ran the flow. Environment details (7.2.1)

We are getting "Empty Work item Handle" popup.

Log Error:-

Error including section 'pyAutomaticallyGeneratedCaseDetails' on page 'pyWorkPage' of  class 'abc-fw-abcfw-Work'
