Unable to fetch windows user credentials from BeyondTrust
We have configured the robotics credentials to be fetched from Beyond Trust. We are able to fetch the Registration Operator and Application specific credentials, but unable to fetch the windows user.
While triggering the START command from RM, that time, the robot does not get started. and the audit gets updated as: "RPA Service is unable to start the process".
Could someone please help ?

@Vikas_Agrawal This issue has been solved now. The problem we identified as:
We need to pass the accountNamePostfix as "{Workgroup}" instead of "{WorkGroup}" for the "WindowsUser", which is wrongly mentioned in Community documents for Beyond Trust integration.

We had raised SR for this. and Pega GCS has accepted to correct the documentation.

@Vikas_Agrawal Check with your Beyond Trust administrator. Beyond Trust logs attempts to retrieve credentials and those logs can help identify why Beyond Trust may have rejected the request.

@jeffbadgerLooks like, Pega is unable to send a request for fetching the credentials for "WindowsUser". Attached is the RPA Service log snapshot.
