I've enabled the OIDC authentication service within the PEGA platform, with Active Directory serving as the Identity Provider. As per the documentation, I've properly configured the Provider settings, including the authorization endpoint, token endpoint, and client information.

When it comes to operator identification, we've opted for a datapage approach rather than hardcoding the claim value. This decision was made because we have an existing user base in the platform that doesn't utilize email IDs as login credentials.

The authentication service functions smoothly when the claim value is hardcoded within the service rule. However, when referring to the datapage reference, an error occurs, indicating "No value specified for in ID token."

It would be really helpful, if i can some insights into this issue.
