Unable to Edit/Annotate PDF files

Hello,

We have a requirement to annotate/highlight some fields or specific area of the PDF document which is attached to a case.

Is there a way to highlight specific area on a PDF?

I do not believe there is any OOTB integration for such a feature. But if you download the PDF to your desktop, and open it in a native viewer (e.g. Adobe Reader), most of them have a built in feature to highlight/annotate. Then you could re-save the file and upload it back.
