Hello Page got redirected right as per the screenshots you have presented and it's showing the files present in the box.
It is not an auto download file there, you will get see list of files and select the file and explicitly click on download file.

@eddie.jm Thank you! I was able to get it working. My organization was blocking the short URL. I was able to expand the short URL to its long version and download the file.
