Unable to connect to server in PEGA 8.7 version

could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061)
Is the server running on host "localhost" (::1) and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

Hi @DhanasekarC0202,

As you mentioned, 8080 is the Tomcat port number. While connecting to the database, we have to use the database port number only(5432), not the Tomcat port.

Hi @vijayh56 

Could you please share more details or reinstall the PG Admin or maybe the database port number if you may changed the runtime while installing the PE so that it is not available?
