Unable to capture window screenshot while unattending the BOT

I could not capture the window screenshot of a web application while the system is in locked state.

I have used 'GetScreenshot' method which is actually capturing the screenshot when system is active and is throwing an exception in system locked state.

Even found the similar kind of exceptions using the C# script. I am clueless now.

Please suggest any feasible approach
