Thanks for adding the requested details. 

As per your XML Request screenshot you had created elements as follows:

InvokeMigrationMigrationRequest -> Main element

MigrationId -> Child element of Main element

so the XML parsing is happening as above specified format, you need to create the below format to match your soap request format:

InvokeMigration -> Main element

MigrationRequest -> Child element of Main element

MigrationId -> Sub child element of child element

Then the parsed XML data will be of this format as follows:

<InvokeMigration>

    <MigrationRequest>

        <MigrationId>1</MigrationId>

    </MigrationRequest>

</InvokeMigration>
