Unable to capture few mainframe screens in text adapter for interrogation

We are using Qws3270(JollyGaint) emulator with which we are able to interrogate most of the screen via openspan. But few specific screens of emulator are not reflecting in text adapter. It is just showing black screen. Please assist.
