Unable to Access SSA 7.2 Exercise system using VMware Workstation 12 Player

Hi,

i have downloaded ova installable for SSA 7.2 and VMware workstation 12 player, after importing the ova file to VMware and on start i've received the URL to connect to Designer Studio, however when trying to access the URL from IE or chrome it keeps processing but does not load any page. It continues processing/loading for hours but does not display any content. Kindly advice.

There are various reasons why this may happen: insufficient memory, anti-virus, security constraints, firewall settings etc.

Were you able to ping the IP address of the VM from your host?

You can try to download VirtualBox and use it to run the SSA72 VM instead. If you continue to face problems, please contact [email protected]
