Unable to access App studio within 8.7 PE

Hi Team,

I am unable to switch to App studio in Pega 8.7.0 PE. I am able to switch Admin and Prediction studio without any issues. Available porals. 

Portals available

I have checked the steps in this link but could not add the following to Access group as they are not showing up.

1. CS:ExpressUser

2. CS:ExpressMgrTools

I have checked in different browsers but no use.

 

App studio blank page

 

Unable to switch to the App Studio | Support Center (pega.com)
