UIKit Ruleset vs Pega-EndUserUI Ruleset

The Navigation rule pyCaseManager in Ruleset Pega-EndUserUI:07-10-13 includes a "MyRules" row to display favorites.
However, the same rule in UI-Kit-7:04-01-01 does not provide such a "MyRules" row.
As in the Ruleset stack the latter is selected, it appears to me that the "newer" rule in UIKit has less functionality than the "older" rule in EndUserUI.
Of course I can solve this by saving the EndUserUI rule in my application ruleset.
But I was wondering: what is the logic behind this? Looks to me that UIKit is "competing" a bit with the rules in the core rulesets.

Hey Robert,
The short answer is that landing page was deprecated in 7.1.9, so it wasn’t included in UI Kit, but is still available in the Pega-EndUserUI ruleset for those who still need it in their application. If you also want to use UI Kit in your application, you can get similar functionality via the Configuration link in the left-hand nav, which will only appear if there are delegated rules defined.
