Hi. We are using Pega Customer Service which also includes Pega knowledge management as a separate Application.

We are planning to have two data schema, one each for each application i.e. Pega CS and Pega KM.

Our approach is to create Pega KM related tables in the new schema and do a refactoring of all database instance rules.

Has anyone done this kind of implementation before where two data schema were created for co hosted applications? Is this approach enough to achieve the desired result? Please advice.
