In PEGA, we have four MQ listeners that retrieve and send messages through our MQ server QMBNDC03. When MQ goes down for maintenance, updates, or other reasons, the PEGA listeners also go down. Currently, there is no automatic restart solution, which means we have to manually restart the listeners to restore the message flow.

My question is: what would be the best approach to resolve this issue?

Do you have any idea how do that and some documentation can help implement that in pega smart investigate ?
