Transaction Deadlock issue

There is a deadlock issue happens PV application. We need the hotfix to resolve the issue.Transaction (Process ID 85) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction. Please find the error details below.

There was a problem with the database when getting a list:;com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.DatabaseException: There was a database problem when performing an RDBExecute

Can anyone please provide a solution to the deadlock issue.

Hi There,
This generally happens when DB is on the slower side.
Could you get this checked by DBA.

Is there are any hotfixes or scripts available to solve the deadlock issue? Based on above comments we have to do changes for Database.

I see that the SR-C8155 is under investigation and would recommend that you continue troubleshooting over the SR. The support engineer will be able to get the information on available hotfixes and their feasibility.
