In Tracer selecting ruleset list doesnt always filter the results

While running the tracer, many a time, the results do not consider the ruleset filters & output all the rules from all rulesets. At times selecting all & deselecting all & then selecting the specific RSs makes the tracer work but not always. Any pointers to what could be going wrong?
