Tracer and Clipboard show disabled after installing CMF

After adding the care management framework, the Tracer and Clipboard show got disabled. I was advised that it will be resolved with the HFix-20629. Can you please direct me on how to get the particular hotfix(if possible to provide a link).

The resolution to this issue based on the SR notes was the addition of the PegaRULES:sysAdmin4 in the Roles for the AccessGroup.
