Time Picker is not working

I have a requirement where user can pick a time using picker. I have used 'Date Time' control to achieve this. I have used DateTime property to hold the picked value. But this is showing an error as '5:09 PM is not a valid date/time value'. Did anyone else faced such issue? Any idea how this could be resolved? Please see the attachment for more insight of the issue.
