DateTime picker issue
On section, we set the Date Picker for DateTime property. when user selects the date time, Pega defaults the time to current time, if user wants to change to a different time, using the time selection within the date picker, the selected time is not updated to the field.
Pega suggested to change the Time on the date picker, and then click on the date instead of close,the value gets update.The updated time is not updated on Close.You need to select the date and click on date to get the latest changed date and time to be reflected, which is not really a common practice across different systems. As normal behaviour for most of people is to select Date then adjust the time.
Possilbe to have another button of 'select' to reflect the selected date/time on the date picker?

If I understood your description correctly this is the way it is currently designed. You can totally change the input options if you wish which would make the issue N/A, but then you wouldn't be using the calendar overlay at all at that point, so it probably will not serve your needs.
(e.g. you can change the entire date input to dropdowns, like how it is when accessibility is turned on, you can always enabled free form input to be able to just type your date/time)
