I have couple of questions on time zone related. Please add if you have any suggestions/ soutions

1. What is the ideal time zone recommendation for DB server and Application server?

2.  If the application users are in multiple time zones and if want to have the reporting for the application what are the ideal ways to follow for avoiding date time discrepancy?

3. Our application is in EST time zone and DB is in CST time zone, now if we want to change our DB server time zone from CST to EST what are the possible issues are may arise or any suggestions?
