Thick client connecting to random servers with dynamic window names
Hi,
I'm automating a thick client using Pega Robotic Studio, this thick client is connecting to two different servers and the windows are capturing server names as well(dynamically). I want my automation to run if it opens in both the servers.

Hi,
Try by modifying the tile match rule using regex or contains or starts with.
For ex: www.google.com.in (India), https://www.google.com.usa (USA) then the match rule should be www.google.com (startswith or regex) so it will identify any country Google page.

Create a boolean to monitor the access to the two servers. Set the bool to 1 when the connected event is fired, and 0 when the disconnected event is fired. After setting the bool to 1, check to see if the other bool is 1. If it is, start the automation.

I have interrogated a Thick Client application. The thick client application is deployed on a server pool, say, Server_100 and Server_200. Therefore, it shall come either from Server_100 or Server_200 based on the load balancer algorithm.
While interrogating the thick client application, it was served from Server_100, therefore, if the thick client is served from Server_200, it does not work. We observed that the Server name is appearing in the TITLE BAR of the thick client.
I guess, the title bar details are used and recorded during interrogation, therefore, it fails when the thick client is server from Server_200.
Please advise, how we shall handle this scenario in Pega, thank you.
