I have attached what I mean in an image down below. I am trying to create a function that checks whether or not ".pyToolTip" is filled out for the text input control on the clipboard. If it is not filled out, a guardrail warning will popup telling the developer to fill out that section.

You could create a version of CheckForCustomWarnings activity in Rule-HTML-Section. However, this is not going to be easy because you'll need to understand the Rule-HTML-Section rule data structure. This is not a simple ruleform. If you are determined to do this, you sould look at CheckForWarnings in the Rule-HTML-Section for some examples of how warnings are currently implemented for Sections. Also, here are some instructions on how to create a rule warning.
