Is there any way to implement a chat box at a corner in pega portal?

I have to provide a poc on implementing chat box at a corner when user login in the Pega Portal so that he/she is able to chat with the support groups for any queries. And this chat box is able to run for any framework.

Please provide some ideas or suggestions ..

I think the above link is only for Pega CRM application. But I want to provide pega chat for other frameworks also.

Is there any way to do it.

I am not aware that there is other chat which can be used for other frameworks.
