Is there any way to achieve partial - Obfuscated

I need the last four digits in text input to be non-Obfuscated. If I use Obfuscated = true , it masks all the entries within , but I need to show last four without masking. Is there any way to achieve this ??

I doubt there is an OOTB way to accomplish this. But, take a look at this support article. The initial question and responses are irrelevant, but the last few responses pertain to your question and the declarative rule option may be your best bet.
