Could you elaborate on what you want to achieve?

Do you mean the retain the filter popup or the values selected in the filter after a refresh?

Doing this withing the grid is not possible.

I agree with Gisela's comments(that is filter options when selected/checked do not get retained on refresh). Refresh could be either on grid or browser. My observation is from Pega 7.2.

With OOTB filters in grid, you can't achieve this. The metadata created for filters in grids are auto-generated. Instead you should try building you own Filtering criteria apart from grid and providing param(s) to grid to filter. Hope it will help.

Can you elaborate on the requirement ? do you want the gird to be refreshed or the entire section ?

If only the gird , then the List > Refresh List action persists the filters applied on a repeat grid. You  can drop a button in the action top / bottom of the repeat grid and configure Refresh List on that button. That should retain the filters

Had similar issues and have tested Grid to retain filter after refresh by using a Button Click to refresh list in action Tab of GRID.

If you want the grid to be refreshed , then List->Refresh List action will help to retain the filters.
