Is there any way to change tab position and arrangement of Layout Group (display type Tab)?

In Tab Group properties there is an option to enter Tab position and Tab orientation. However there is no such option available in Layout Group (display type Tab). Since, Tab component is deprecated it is not recommended to be used. Also, it is no longer available in section rule's Structural menu in Pega platform 8.3.0.

The requirement is to display Tabs on left and arrange them vertically. Is there any way to achieve this without using the deprecated Tab component?

As per OOTB, we do not have a tab position option in the Layout Group. We might need to have a custom CSS for this.

One more approach would be to use Dynamic layout with Inline Grid 30 70 and show the navigation menu on the left side and based on the selection show the content on the right side.
