Is there any Hot Fix for Delegating SLA ?

Hi Team,

I have a requirement of delegating the SLA rules to the business user for configuration. I don't find any option on the Actions menu of SLA rule.

Is there any Hot Fix available for this issue. If yes plesae help me with the number and resource where i can get the HFix.

Looking forward for your help and reposnses.

PRPC Version : 7.1.8.
