Hello,

I'm sure to understand the meaning here. Are you talking about "Delegated rules" or are you just talking about normal SLA rules?

Delegating an SLA for an Admin role doesn't make sense. Where did you get this error?

While this isn't something I've personally encountered before, I've found the below Support Article which sounds like its for a similar problem, and might be helpful:
