Is there any function to get the property type of the property like date or datetime or text etc in Data Transform
Is there any function to get the property type of the properties like date or datetime or text etc in Data Transform. I have a requirement to check if the property is Date then i have to follow the some logic etc.

I don't think we have such function. I guess you could do it with native Java but I wouldn't recommend it.
Can we understand your requirement here?

I'm not sure if you could use these directly in a data transform, but the following methods are available for ClipboardProperty objects via the engine APIs, which you could use in your own function, or in a java step in an activity:

You can find more information in the built in Help under the "?" or "Resources" menu (depending on your version) in the Dev studio, under the "Engine API" option.
