Theme concept in skin

Hi,

I understand we can customize skin / css but is there any theme concept in PRPC 7x? I do not want to manually change background color for each component but just try different theme entirely to see if it looks good. I remember such concept existed in PRPC 5x. I can't find it in PRPC 7x.
