tabbed layout displaying little box at the left of each section after upgrading to 7.1

Hi All, please ignore this issue, we don't need the tabbed layout so replaced them with regular layouts and we are good now. Thank you all for quick response.
Since left tab layout is used so is the little boxes, however the small tabular window is displayed with breaks, please let me know how to fix this. Tried updated the inline styles in the skin but could not figure the solution.

Can you please share tabbed layout configuration snapshots.
From attached screenshot seems like left boxes are for tab names, but some how may be skin/styling is not proper to show them.
Is here any changes added to left tab layout in skin rule.

Please let us know from which version of PRPC to which version of 7.1 have you upgraded?
Also, please share the snapshots of design of this layout in both the versions of PRPC.
