system setting option

Hi,

I am trying to find a system setting option records-sysadmin-system setting, but I am not able to find in the Application on personal edition, PFA.

I can see the system setting option in the cloud exercise system of Pega Academy, tried giving same access group but not able to find.

Please suggest how to find it.

From Pega 8.3 version, System Settings are changed to Application Settings.

RULE-ADMIN-SYSTEM-SETTINGS instances are now under the "Application Settings" rule name. It's still under "SysAdmin" category.
