System runtime context in job schedulers not picking the PRS rules
Hi,
In the job scheduler, I selected the context as system runtime context and gave the application and its version. However, when the job scheduler ran, it didn't use the rules from the production ruleset that are already included in the application.
can someone explain, how to solve this?

This is a Pega product restriction, it does not recognize rules from production rulesets. Please move your activity to the application rulesets for job scheduler to process it.

Could you please check and once go through below articles,
System Runtime Context (SRC) does not support application branches, components, and production rulesets. If a stack contains applications in different versions, Pega Platform always selects the higher version application, ignoring the application order.
