System Architect Essentials 8 - Performance Academy Environment in Exercises

Greetings,

the performance of the training environment is reeeeealy slow, for me and two other colleagues in Germany. Is there a general issue or might it be a problem on our computers?

Help would be really appreciated, since we need 3 hours where we would normally need 1 hour for an exercise.
