System Architect Essentials 7.3 user name/PW does work

Hi,

The user name/pw author.hrapps rules does work for any of the exercise in System Architect Essentials 7.3. Error message " The information you entered was not recognized". This is the virtual machine: https://paex54-use.pegacloud.io/prweb . Can this be fixed?
