Exercise System Problem on System Architect Essentials version 7.3 and 7.4

Hi,

I couldn't find a course subject at top so I chose for 7.2 version.

We have a problem that exercise system is so slow. It is so hard even add a step to a process. It waits long time to open pages.

How can we solve this problem ? Is it a general problem for platform ?

Generally for the cloud environment, this can be traced to network you are on. I would run a speed check on your network. Are you inside a firewall or on the VPN? 

If this is a VM image and you are on your pc, than this is an issue related your pc. Check available memory and processing speeds on your pc. Also, check the memory set on your VM player or virtual box.
