Switching between work groups
If an operator is a user of multiple disparate applications on a single server where each application has its own work group and own set of workbaskets and own set of skills why then does the operator have to manually reconfigure his operator to switch work groups, workbaskets, and skills? Shouldn't a work group be associate with an access group or application rule and when an operator switches access groups it then switches his work group and workbaskets and skills automatically?

Work groups are referenced in Operator ID instances and are a primary basis of management reporting . So not sure why switching an application requires your operator's work group to be changed ?
As far workbasket and skillsets are concern, you can add all your skills and workbaskets in your operator id form itself while creating them .

Right. So when switching between user or manager portals for different applications only the work baskets for example for the current work group shows up or only the current work group is used for reporting. So every time a user or manager switches he then has to reconfigure his operator. Does that make sense?
