Stream service is down - Unable to move Queue Processor to Running State

Hi,

Queue Processor Management Page in Admin studio, always shows the below message

"Stream service is down. The values displayed on this page may be inaccurate"

And i'm unable to move any available Queue Processor from Failed state to Running State.

It has turned to Status NORMAL. And the Queue Processor just started processing the queue items.
