step page reference issue in pega 7.1 to 8.6.1

Post upgrade, step page reference in DT of refresh section is not working.

 

We have DT called in dropdown onclick action of refresh section.

In DT we have step page reference to copy to primary page.

During run time we are getting error message like page reference wrong and when we do manual refresh on end user portal then we are getting data.

Error: There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator popup

On Tracer: The reference ResultsPage is not valid. Reason: FUAInstance-NullMyStepPage

@Nandhini.Mani we do not have enough details.  It sounds like a configuration issue.  Did you see the troubleshooting steps suggested in this post?

If this needs a more in-depth investigation then I suggest that you log a support Incident.  If you go down this route could you please give us the INC id here so that we can help you track it?
