SSO- Giving error - Key does not exist, Keystore Entry is not either PrivateKeyEnt

We are trying to setup the SSO and have configured the IDP and SP setting with certificates, when we hit the SSO URL it give the following error in logs:

[ PegaRULES:07.10] (Authorization.KeystoreEntryData) ERROR XXXXX.dev.pegacloud.net|xxx.xx.xx.xx|RelayStateID: 68edef3f-02f6-46c8-a3bb-460986a411f3 :RelayStateID - Key does not exist, Keystore Entry is not either PrivateKeyEntry or SecretKeyEntry

Please help in understanding the same.

I tried that, well I got two certificates and I added them to a keystore and uploaded the keystore to Pega and created a password for the same. still the issue persist.
