Do you want to move those rulesets or filtered results by certain criteria from one ruleset version to another or one environment to another?

OOTB, i think it is not possible to move only selected rules. But using activity you can do it. I would not suggest to do this, can you explain about your requirement? How many rules do have?

The requirement was like to move rules created by me say in 150 rules in a particular ruleset to move to other version.

As was pointed out, I don't think there is an OOTB tool that does this for you. I don't know if I fully comprehend the business requirement. Why just rules created by you? Are other developers not touching those rules? Are you not making use of rules created by other developers? If you are moving them to a new version of the same ruleset, you'd still have access to everything you didn't pull up, buy why bulk move at all? Why wouldn't you just move rules as you need to update them? It seems like you are trying to do a targeted skim, but I'm not sure I could articulate the benefit of such a thing, and I can definitely think of a number of reasons that could introduce problems.

While doing bulk rule move between ruleset, if there is and option to select the rules to move, it will be easier. Else opening up of every single rule and move and delete of old rule must be done.
