Special character in history memo gives http 403
Hi,
On adding the special charecters in history popup memo gives http 403 error on adding memo button on popup.
I am trying to enter ~!@#$%^&*()_+{}|":?><`1234567890-=[]\';/.,.
Using Pega 8.4.1 version.
Please suggest.

We cannot use "&" character when adding a memo - Activity > History Tab > History Details > Add Memo.
This is a reserved special character, which is used by the application to pass parameters. The application is designed as such.

I have noticed that in add memo functionality it generates url internally through javascript by putting Memo as parameter. In URL following characters are only allowed -
Alphanumerics [ 0-9a-zA-Z ], special characters $-_.+!*'() ,
Is there any other way where without creation of url, it can be accomplished?
