SP1 Runtime Issue in Windows 10

I have developed a project in SP1 and deployed a build on Windows 7 using SP1 Runtime and it works smoothly. But if deployed in Windows 10 using SP1 Runtime, all controls are suddenly not matched. Same version of Google Chrome. Is there compatibility issue on windows 10 with sp1?

We have seen with Windows 10 version 1809 where SP1 version 8.0.2016 and below are unable to automate any application. This has been fixed in SP1 version 8.0.2017. You can try by upgrading to latest version of SP1 (8.0.2023) to see if the issue is resolve.

If you are not on 1809 version of Windows 10 or have SP1 version 8.0.2017 and later, you should check whether Pega Robotics Automatin for Chrome extension is enabled. If that is enabled too, then there is something environmental blocking our automation process. You will need to create a SR to investigate it.
