South African local languages supported by text categorization models

We are using Text categorization ML models for our South African client.

Their customers uses the following languages

 

  1. English
  2. Afrikaans
  3. Zulu
  4. Xhosa
  5. Southern Sotho
  6. Tswana
  7. Venda
  8. Northern Sotho
  9. Tsonga
  10. Swati
  11. Ndebele

Need to know if all the above languages can be supported by the Text categorization Models.

Is there any possibility if PEGA can provide support for other languages if our client raises an Enhancement Request?

Platform will not be able to detect these languages and support official topic categorization as it requires a significant investment to add languages through the product.
