Which PRPC version are you planning for? What all the frameworks , you would be needed  etc ?

the 2.1 stack consists of on high level below components

AWS managed load balancer service

Tomcat App server on linux hosts

AWS managed RDS DB service on linux hosts

Linux OS

IN Docker containers
