Smart Dispute, Tiff Image generation from HTML stream instead of PDF for EBF's

Hi,

In smart dispute framework for EBF, We are looking for some options of Tiff file generation in Pega either from HTML stream or convert PDF to Tiff file. Can you please advise the options to generate Tiff files.

As far as I know, there is no Out of the box support for converting PDF to tiff. 

The max you can do is try utilizing iText library for this thru your custom java code in an activity.
