Skin is not getting applied when generating PDF

We are generating PDF through agent, skin is not getting applied most times. Tried by passing pyPortal page and referred application css file but no luck.

When pzskinv2 css is applied it looks good. Sometime it is referring pzpega_ui_grid css instead of pzskinv2.

Also, could you use pyEndUser71 skin and check the behavior if skins are getting applied or not.
