Size limit of a property used with a Rich Text Editor control field?
The customer is using a Rich Text Editor control field to capture data and also attachments such as screenshots. Recently, they had an issue in production where the data captured in the Rich Text Editor control field was too big and failed to be persisted with the case in the database. The customer wants to know what the size limit of the property used with a Rich Text Editor control field is? They estimate it is around 4 or 5 MB. Does Pega Platform imposes a limit, or is this something that was a result of a limit on the database side?
The customer is using Pega Platform 7.2.2, and the database is Oracle.

The answer I received from product engineering: Pega Platform does not impose any size limit and does not include any setting to limit the size of Rich Text Editor control field.
