Significance of PegaCRMEvolved Data Class
Hi,
I was just trying to understand the significance of PegaCRMEvolved data object class (PegaCRMEv-Data-Contact) which stores contact related information in the Sales
Automation contact table CRM_Entity_Contact.
As far as i know, contact information in Sales Forces Automation are stored in CRM_Entity_Contact which is mapped with PegaCRM-Entity-Contact then what is the purpose of introducing this new class PegaCRMEv-Data-Contact for PegaCRMEvolved separately if we are storing the information in the same table and calling the same flow to create Contact work object.

Hi Anand,
Can you please let us know which version you are referring to?
This has been introduced in CS7.2.1 in CRM perspective for integrating between CS and SA applications.In CS 7.2.2 , this class has been deleted and modified the approach. So,we suggest customers to go with CS 7.2.2 for CRM usecases.
