SHA1 digest of file C0916.ovf does not match manifest error

Hi,

Please suggest !!

I tried to download new CSSA 7.4 VM Ware system from CSSA 7.4 course. It got downloaded successfully, but, when i tried to open the VM Ware, it is throwing error : SHA1 digest of file C0916.ovf does not match manifest

This issue is resolved. 

Just deleted the manifest and .ovf file. Started the wM Ware with the Pega image ( which is ~ 5GB).

It worked.!!..   I am able to launch the Pega server and able to work on the exercises.

Ensure you save the file as an .ova file type. Most browsers in Windows try to save the file as a .tar, which will not work - because folks then try to unzip it and run the .ovf file directly.

See the VM user guide; it gives details for how to correctly download the VM.

See my reply above your post. When you save the download file, ensure the file extension is set to .ova before you download and save the file.
